As we've expanded into all of the extra space at our Tulsa location, we've found ourselves with a little bit of spare room and we're proud to have used it to provide our employees with their own private workout room!
People who regularly work out enjoy huge benefits like better sleep, improved mood, and a reduced risk of heart attack, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. With so many clear upsides to the overall well-being of our employees, it's important to do everything we can to help facilitate healthy lifestyles for everyone here at Hayden.
We're proud to say we've done just that!
24/7, our employees now have exclusive access to a set of essential workout equipment so they can get the exercise required for a long and prosperous life.
Not only have we given our employees a free and private place to sweat, but they can wash off as well in the private showers we've added to our facility!
We've created our own little world for the Hayden Team to get some exercise in without having to deal with the chaos of public gyms.
