Key Features
Hayden's Swirl Flow Turbulators come with a number of features, including:
- Equally spaced radial fins
- Spiral swirl groove
- Central passage (used in conjunction with our Integrated Pressure Relief Valve option). The central passage is normally sealed so fluid passes only through the radial fins and the swirl groove, forcing the flowing fluid closer to the heat transfer surfaces. The high velocity and turbulent flow results in:
- Prevents clogging
- Enhances self-cleaning
- Provides more effective heat transfer
